Your credit card will be charged at the time of booking.

All transfers include 30 minutes of complimentary wait time. After that, additional wait time charges will apply.

Wait time applies to instances where the passenger chooses not to board the vehicle at the scheduled pickup time and additional stops requested along the planned route. Wait time begins when the chauffeur arrives at the pickup location or deviates from the planned route, and ends once the route resumes.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time are fully refundable (100%). Cancellations made between 24 hours and 4 hours before pickup will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, reservations cancelled within 4 hours of pickup are non-refundable.
