  • What if my flight is delayed?
    This is not an issue for us. Your driver will be tracking your flight and will wait for you until you arrive at the airport.
  • What if we need to cancel our reservation?
    Cancellations are possible, but must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled ride. Please note that our cancellation policy allows for changes or cancellations up to 48 hours before the scheduled ride. (Cancellation policy: 48 hours prior to the ride).
  • I want to keep my reservation but change the time. How can I do that?
    We recommend contacting us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request and adjust the timing as flexibly as we can.
  • What if we need to stop at a store to purchase something?
    The first 20 minutes are free of charge. After that, an additional $75 will be charged for an SUV, and $100 for a Sprinter van for every additional half-hour.
  • We have skis, can they fit in your SUVs?
    Absolutely! Every SUV in our fleet is equipped with a large roof box designed to accommodate skis and extra luggage.
  • I am traveling with young children and need child seats or booster seats. Can I request them?
    Yes, of course! You can add child seats or booster seats to your reservation, and we will ensure they are ready and waiting for you in your chosen vehicle.
  • Can we bring a pet in the vehicle?
    We love pets! Pets are welcome, with an additional charge of $50 for both SUVs and Sprinter vans. This fee is for extra vehicle cleaning after the ride.
  • Is alcohol or smoking allowed in the vehicles?
    For the comfort and safety of all passengers, alcohol and smoking (cigarettes) are not permitted in the vehicles.
