My husband, two children and I missed several flights due to weather trying to get into Aspen. We finally made it to Vail around 4:30pm. Stefan met us at baggage claim, waited with us through filing a claim for our lost luggage, and then drove us safely to Aspen in his sprinter van in a snowstorm. He was polite, professional and lovely. We were so tired from being up since 3:00am. He played fun music and made the journey so much fun. We totally forgot we were 7 hrs late arriving to Aspen. We so appreciate him and would recommend him 100%!
